Leadership Development Program

You will complete this training course at the outset of your executive career. It systematically teaches you a set of fundamental skills you’ll need in the future. Gear up for your leadership role, simulate typical project-related content and situations, and learn all the basics, from determining salaries to labor law. At the same time, practice how to conduct various typical discussions constructively. You can add supplementary seminars or simulations to these compulsory modules.

 

Specialist Education and Development Program

This program prepares you to start out on the specialist career path. It will teach you how best to use and share your knowledge. Analyze the context for your knowledge within the company and sharpen your communications skills. Then establish your position as an expert in practice by presenting a topic in a lecture or training course.
