Shortly after my beginning at Bosch, I completed an evening educational program as a foreman. That was the basis for my stay abroad in connection with my first responsibilities in management.

    My secret to success

In my career up to this point there have been a few fixed vertices. On the one hand, my curiosity and enthusiasm for technology, a healthy portion of self-motivation coupled with flexibility, and on the other hand, from the perspective of Bosch as an employer who motivates its employees to further advance themselves.

For me it is important that I motivate my employees to consistently seek out new experiences. This is especially important for a worldwide operational company, as, this is how the innovation capacity of the company can remain secured.
