We set up the framework, you fill it out. In other words, we have set out three directions your career can take: a specialist career, line management, or project management. Whether you stick to one path or switch to another track is entirely up to you. Whichever you choose, we’ll set you exciting challenges and gradually give you more and more responsibility. Each of our three career paths – specialist, management, or project management – comprises several stages in which your job will involve increasing complexity and responsibility. The more experience you gain and the more challenges you master, the further you’ll go. And you’re not limited to one path.
